No Returns & No Refund Policy
At MM Custom Art Creations, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that every order is carefully crafted and shipped with care. Due to the nature of our items, including stickers, magnets, posters, notepads, and other custom-designed products, we do not accept returns and have a strict no-refund policy. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us at mmcommissions@hotmail.com, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Order Issues & Damages
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at mmcommissions@hotmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photos of the damaged or incorrect item for verification purposes.
Tracking & Shipping Issues
All orders will be shipped with tracking information unless otherwise stated directly. Once an order has been shipped, it is out of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you experience any shipping issues, we encourage you to contact the carrier for further assistance. However, if any major issues arise, please reach out to us at mmcommissions@hotmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the customized nature of some of our items, including personalized and highly specific designs, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

Replacements
In certain cases, at our discretion, a replacement may be issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If a replacement is approved, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
Refunds
As stated, we do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped. However, if there is a unique situation where a refund may be considered, we will notify you of our decision via email. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
